1. Service Description

Oshun Cosmetics Limited ("Oshun", "we", "us") provides cosmetic procedures, aesthetic treatments, and wellness services at our facility in Jamaica. Our services include but are not limited to: facial procedures, body contouring, hair restoration, pelvic and intimate procedures, hormone optimization, and whole-body wellness treatments.

2. Medical Disclaimer

All cosmetic and medical procedures carry inherent risks. Information on this website is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Individual results may vary. A qualified medical professional will assess your suitability for any procedure during a consultation.

You must disclose your full medical history, current medications, and any known allergies prior to any treatment. Failure to provide accurate medical information may affect your safety and outcomes.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our website chat.
• A deposit may be required to secure certain procedure appointments.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
• Oshun reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to medical necessity or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Consent

Before any procedure, you will be required to sign an informed consent form. This form details the procedure, expected outcomes, potential risks, and aftercare requirements. You may withdraw consent at any time prior to the procedure.

5. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Payment plans may be available for select procedures. Terms will be agreed upon in writing.
• All prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated.

6. Liability Limitations

Oshun Cosmetics Limited and its medical professionals shall not be liable for:

• Results that differ from expectations, as individual outcomes vary.
• Complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or non-compliance with pre/post-procedure instructions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Oshun Cosmetics Limited and is protected by copyright. Before-and-after photos are used with patient consent and may not be reproduced without written permission.
